Every booking includes:

A fully hosted themed party with at least one of our fabulous Wowzerz Entertainerz.

Games, music, dancing, and WOW-worthy energy

All props and equipment needed for fun and interactive activities

A short food break (up to 20 mins), or two mini breaks (5–10 mins) if you'd prefer to keep the energy going

 

💸 Booking & Payment

A £60 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the party – cash preferred.

🔄 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We know plans can change – here's how we handle it:

More than 7 days - Deposit retained

Within 7 days - 50% of total fee due

Within 24 hours - Full fee due

Need to reschedule? We’ll always do our best to find a new date that works for everyone.

 

🧸 What We Need From You to help us deliver the WOW:

Please make sure a responsible adult is present throughout the party.

Set up in a clear, safe space (indoor or outdoor – weather permitting!).

Let us know about any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs.

We need access to a power socket within 5 metres of our party zone.

 

🛡 Health & Safety

All Entertainerz are Enhanced DBS checked and covered by Public Liability Insurance.

Equipment is cleaned and tested regularly.

Activities are designed to be safe, inclusive, and age-appropriate.

 

📸 Photos & Promotion

We sometimes take photos or videos to showcase the WOW magic on our socials – but we’ll always ask your permission first. 📷✨

☔️ Outdoor Events/Parties 

A sheltered space must be provided in the event of bad weather, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse set up to protect our equipment.

 

🌧 Force Majeure

If something out of our control happens (like illness, severe weather, or a glitter shortage 😅), we’ll either reschedule or offer a refund. Simple as that.

⛔️ Venue Access & Parking 

Ensure that entertainers have access to the venue upon arrival and parking is provided (where necessary) for the entertainers’ equipment.
